Our satisfaction policy

We proudly stand behind the quality of every single item we bake at The Bun & Bean. If your order isn't absolutely perfect, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase. We're committed to making things right.

We offer the following options: A remake of the same product, or a store credit for a future purchase. Credit will be issued in the amount of the original item and can be used toward any future order at The Bun & Bean.

While we do not offer refunds, your happiness is our top priority! We are committed to making sure you leave happy and satisfied with your experience.
